I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of farms, land and lots, and single-family residences with horse facilities. Income and investment property is something that I always monitor and enjoy. My office is in Platte City and Platte County is my home, but in order to find that perfect piece of property, I stretch the search to include Clay County with Smithville Lake and many desirable horse properties, and of course the Jesse James Farm which is not for sale! Areas which I work include the cities of Weston, Platte City, Dearborn, Edgerton, Iatan, Dekalb, Smithville, Kearney, Platte and Clay Counties, and southern Buchanan County.
Personal
I'm a Platte County native, born and raised in Camden Point. I grew up with baseball, model airplanes, and great friends. I spent my time in the Air Force before deciding to make my career flying. I have been selling real estate since January of 2002 and enjoy helping clients match their wish list with the right property. I recently graduated from Master's Divinity School with a degree in Biblical Studies - Theology. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family (8 grandkids & counting!), traveling by road (my wife and I both ride motorcycles and love to camp), reading, and enjoying my family. |
